My Must Have Makeup Brushes!!!!

Hey Everybody,

Welcome back!! I know it has been a few months since I posted anything. I've been just too busy with my life. Anyway, I am starting to write again and will be more regular now. So please share your comments on what you want to read next. But for today I will be talking about my must have makeup brushes. I also feel that any makeup beginner or anybody wanting to buy new brushes should have these or similar basic brushes.

You should remember that you invest in the makeup brushes and they last you longer than your makeup products, hence choose them wisely. I will cover all the basics and must have brushes for  the face and eyes.
P.S. I am mentioning the brushes in the order I usually use.

So lets get started.

1. Beauty Blender/ Real Technique's Beauty Sponge
Though this is not a makeup brush but using a beauty blender is a must for me to use any liquid foundation. I have realized that blending foundation with this magic tool always gives me flawless results. I use it damp to apply & blend foundation (with the fatter side) and concealer (with the pointy side). I also use beauty blender to set my concealer with the loose powder. At times I have used it to blend harsh contour lines and excess powder too. The neon pink beauty blender in the picture is a new one as my old BB was torn. The sponge from Real technique is also as good as BB but way more cheaper . Therefore I have mentioned both of them. Sorry the sponge looks dirty as I used it before taking the picture and didn't clean it. And also a BB will last you at least good 6-8 months. But on the downside, as it is a sponge so it will take more product than a regular brush and also it takes a bit of an extra effort to clean them.
But believe me, it is totally worth all this as I have been using this for over 2 years and this is my 4th one. You can find it at Sephora India and also a few online stores.

2. Real Techniques Buffing Brush
This is also my foundation brush but I most use it for powder foundation or setting the foundation with loose powder. It is also great for liquid foundation. It is a great duo-fibre brush which is round and has a flat top. The bristles are aptly packed. I use it everyday to apply my Studio Fix powder even when I am not wearing liquid foundation. I have this brush for the longest time and it still works amazing. I would suggest you to either pick this one or any flat top kabuki brush for both powder and liquid foundation. This brush comes in a set of 4. But I only use 2 of them. I will discuss the other one too in this post.

3. Fluffy Powder Brush (Morphe S22)
This brush is so soft, full and great for using any powder. As you can see it is fluffy and huge. It is made of natural goat hair . It is the softest to use on the skin. I use this brush to use powders and dust off the excess powder from the face. Also I use this brush after I finish my makeup to blend everything. This brush helps you to not look cakey. For a natural look kinda day I also use this brush for powder foundation. Due to its size, it takes merely seconds to finish off the whole face. It may not seem a very important brush but you should have such a brush in you kit for just blending and taking off any excess product. I got this from the Morphe brushes website online.

4. Tomb shaped Blending brush (Morphe G2)
Morphe G2 brush is from their gunmetal collection. It is literally  like a beauty blender in a brush. Due to its shape it a perfect brush to set under eye concealer and powder. I use this brush for baking under eyes and cheeks at it takes a lot of product at once.  I have also used this to contour my cheekbones, but I still prefer it for under eyes. The bristles are so thickly packed and it has a perfect size to fit under the eyes. I would say you can still skip this one if you have a beauty blender as I told you it's similar uses before. I also purchased it from the Morphe Brushes website online.

5. Real Techniques Contour Brush
This is the other brush by Real Techniques I regularly use for contouring. It has a perfect shape and size to sculpt out my cheekbones. I like the fact that it has not so dense bristles so it makes the blending easy and a contour should always be well blended. I also contour my nose with this brush by pinching it from the center and my jawline (that way I don't have to pick up a different brush for the same product). I don't contour everyday so I might not use this daily but whenever I do, this is the one I always reach for.

6.  Angled Face Contour Brush (Sigma F40)
Sigma F40 is an angled face contour brush made with natural hair. BTW natural bristles brushes are usually better for powder based products as they pick up the product evenly and blend smoothly. I use this one everyday for bronzing my face. I don't use this to contour as it is bigger for that purpose. But it perfectly blends a bronzer. I also use this to apply blush on my cheeks. The unique angle and the fanned out bristles makes bronzing and blushing perfect for me. At times I also use this brush to blend any harsh contour lines. I ordered this one from Beautybay.com.

7. Forever 21 Highlighter Brush
This brush might not be sold as a highlighter brush, but I use this everyday to highlight the top of my cheekbones. I picked this from Forever 21 floral collection sometime back. It is a great brush to highlight as it has fanned out loose bristles which distributes highlighter evenly without applying too much at once. I suppose you can also use it to apply blush. It is an inexpensive brush which works best for powder highlighters. For any liquid highlighters I prefer using fingers.

                                                 Eye Makeup Brushes

These are my top 5 brushes for eyes. I probably don't need any other eye brushes if I have these.

1. Large Blending Brush (Morphe E27)
This brush is everything for me. It is a round fluffy blending brush which can blend any eyeshadow like a dream. It is probably a bit bigger for an eye brush but I love using this to blend shadow on the crease, outer eyes or eyelid even. For smokey eyes, everyday shadow look or any eye look this brush is a must for me. It is quick and easy to blend with this. I have also used this brush to contour my nose. This brush can also be used for blending concealers. It has duo fibers which makes blending any type of shadow seamless. I got this one from Morphe Brushes website as well.

2. Blending Brush (Sigma E25)
This is my another favorite. This brush is a perfect dupe for Mac 217. The perfect dome shape of this brush helps to carve the perfect V and also blend well. It also fits in the crease to blend shadows. As you can see the tip is pointy and dense so it provides perfection and precision. I also use it to blend lighter shadows under the eyes. I bought this from Beautybay.com.

3. Vega Eyeshadow Brush
This brush is a flat shadow brush which is great to pack on shadow on the eyelids. The best part about this brush is that you can use it wet or dry and even to apply sparkly shadows on the lids. I have this brush for the longest time and I use it for all types for eyeshadows. I also use this to smudge kajal or smoke out darker shadows. It is a cheap and very useful brush.  You can buy it from any beauty store around you.

4. Small Bullet Eye Brush (Morphe B72)
This little brush is best used for highlighting  inner corners of the eyes and the brow bone. It looks like a tiny bullet which is perfect for tiny areas which makes a huge difference. I also use it highlight my nose and cupid's bow. You can definitely use this brush to conceal any tiny spots on the face as well. I got this from the Morphe website too.

5. Flat Angled Eye Brush (Forever 21)
This brush is a unique brush. Due to its shape and stiffness I use it for filling in my eyebrows everyday and applying any gel based liner. It is a flat brush therefore the tip will give you exactly what you want it do. I got this one from the floral collection with my face highlighter brush from Forever 21.

Well, this is it. These are my must have makeup brushes. I generally even travel with these too. I also deep clean my brushes every week with baby oil and shampoo. On a daily basis I sanitize my brushes before use and also keep them in a cup to retain their shape.

I really hope you enjoyed reading it and gained more knowledge on makeup brushes. I would appreciate your suggestions and comments. Loads of Love!

Eyeliners Lesson 1 : Basic Liquid Liners

Hey Everybody,

Today we are going to talk about eyeliners. There is no chance that a girl would not use an eye liner ever. Despite of numerous efforts and times we fail to pick on our holy grail liner. As far as I am concerned, I have tried and used all types of liners possible.
After all this time I have come to a conclusion that I would wear a liner according to my mood and desired look. For example for a thick and bold liner I use gel or pencil liner and for a thin long and winged cat eye look I use liquid liners. For smokey and edgy looks I use shadows instead. So I wanted to cover all I could with different types and styles you could possibly achieve with liners. I will split it into a few parts and cover one at time. I chose to start with the extreme basic liquid liners.
This look is going to make you achieve a thin, long cat eye winged liner.

So lets get started,

1. Firstly you need to choose a right type of an eye liner. I am using NYC liquid liner which has a standard long thin brush. I would prefer using quickly drying and waterproof formula. This gives a glossy finish (almost all liquid liners do) so keep that in mind. You can use Stila's High Shine Liquid Vinyl Eye Liner or Maybelline Hypergloss liner for a similar effect. Just make sure to clean up the brush and remove the excess product when you take out.

\
2. Now rest your hand on your face (very important to not get your hand shaky) and hold the brush horizontal, look straight and place the brush right in the center of the eyelid. This helps me as a connecting line later. I usually line my outer 2/3rd eye with one single thin line. Then I take the brush and see the angle where my lower lash line and end of my eye brow is (this is where your wing should be for the most flattering look). Then I just look down and take the same brush without adding any extra product and map a rough line.

3. After that step you should probably look like this. Now I simply take the brush and connect the tip with the connecting line I drew earlier and fill it in. For the entire process I look straight or slightly down and also I keep my hand rested on my face. You can also rest your hand on a flat surface if you want more precision.

4. Now for the inner part, I slight tilt my head and look slightly down and place the same brush in the inner corner and join it with the rest 2/3rd. As we have the least product on the brush so it will give very thin line. Just make sure to keep it as close to the lash line.

5. Once I have finished creating the wing, I take a small buffing brush with a tiny amount of concealer and clean it right beneath my wing (for accuracy and eliminating any mistakes). The key is to take a few extra minutes and repeat the technique best suited.

And that is it. This is the final look. I have added a light coat of mascara and tried to take all angles of my liner :O. This look is the most common and well suited for all shapes.

Another liquid liner I use is a felt-tip liner like this.I have displayed BH cosmetics liquid liner. Maybelline Colossal liner is very similar and a great option too. I use it to get a small very quick wing which is not as thin as I have shown above. As I said it totally depends on what type of liner look you want. There are so many other ways too I use to get a liner. I will definitely share all of them with you along with liner looks for long wearing and easy eye looks. So stay tuned.  Please try and lemme know if it helped your wing-game in any way.

My Current Hair Must-Have Products!!!

Hey Everybody,

Today I am going to discuss about a few hair products which I feel are must have for every girl out there regardless of her hair type, length, colour or style! These are just a few ones I feel necessary to have and the products I use. If you don't feel the necessity you don't have to get it. Also the products I am mentioning are those which are currently suitable for me. You obviously don't have to get the exact same items. This is just to throw a general idea over what should be a part of your hair care and also a few recommendations.
So lets get started!!

1. Prep with Hair oil
You must use a hair oil at least once a week if not before every wash. No matter if you already have an oily scalp massaging hair oil into your hair and scalp will always keep them healthy and nourished. The one I have been using since a few weeks is Matrix Biolage Root Nourishing oil. I use it about twice a week in the winter months before wash. Tip: warm the oil for deep penetration. You don't have to buy a fancy hair oil always you can always go for naturals like olive, coconut or basic mustard oil too. If you don't like to oil your hair or think that it would break you out, use a light-weight oil like lavender every 2 weeks. I keep switching my hair oils and also do DIY hair masks to keep them healthy.

2. Clean and Condition
This is very basic and everybody uses it no matter what. Still I wanted to mention a few pointers in getting a shampoo or conditioner.I usually keep two kinds of shampoo for different purposes. Once being an anti-dandruff or scalp treatment shampoo from Vichy and other one which is creamy, nourishing and protector from damage and color from Neutrogena Triple Moisture range. I usually alternate between the two. The reason I do is I like to target my scalp and hair differently. On days I feel lack dullness and frizz I use more of Neutrogena and vice-versa. I highly suggest you to get two shampoos for different purposes rather than one. Also switching your shampoo every three month is necessary as it can cause product build-up and resistance to your hair (so I would change one of them soon). I know a conditioner is a must-have and everyone uses it. I like to use my favorite Aussie 3-minute Miracle Strong. It keeps my hair hydrated and strong.

3. Serums and oils
As much as the cleaning and conditioning is important, it is vital to provide the hair back with some moisture which might have been stripped away. so after every wash I take a few drops of my Organix argan oil of morocco deep penetrating oil and apply it on my damp hair. It is basically a similar product like Moroccan oil (much cheaper). For dead ends and as a heat protector before blow-drying I apply my John Freida Frizz Ease Serum. This is very different than my oil. the oil nourishes the hair again and the serum erases frizz and split-ends.

4. Dry Shampoo
This is a must product for me and I highly recommend you people to get one if you have not tried it already. I usually use a dry shampoo on day 2 or 3 post wash. This adds volume, removes oil and keeps my hair clean and fresh for a longer time. This has reduced my hair washes to 2 times a week. This technique helps in keeping hair neater and also makes them grow faster as you are not stripping your naturally produced hair oil by harsh shampooing. The one my using currently is from Oscar Blandi Pronto Dry shampoo. I highly recommend Refresh It from Tony & Guy too.
5. Hair Spray
Finishing hair sprays are not necessary to use each time but I just like to keep one around because it comes really handy to hold any hairstyles like curls, buns and also taming tiny flyways on the forehead. Thus it is a must have to get any look hold better and neater. I am currently enjoying my Aussie Aussome volume hair spray.

And this is it. This is my current hair must haves to maintain my hair and style them. There are several other products like hair masks, leave-in-conditioners I use too, but these are a few regular ones.

How to Get A Winter Fresh & Glowy Face !!!!

Hey Everybody,

In this cold cold weather we often get dry patches using foundations or BB creams. Also luminous foundations can turn up too shiny or they tend to crease on our skin. So I wanted to bring in something which might help you a bit.

Today I am going to share a few tips and tricks to get a glowing (not oily, dry or cakey) skin with full coverage and even texture. So without blabbing more, let me start with it.

1. Clean and moisture
Always make sure to clean your face well with any cleanser of your choice and then slap on some moisturizer on your face before you apply any makeup. This is not just a winter tip. You must follow it every time.
I have cleaned my face with a face wash already and then I used this moisturizer from Clinique dramatically different lotion. This is a great face lotion for extreme cold months without getting too greasy. You can totally go for any product which suits you.

Below I have inserted a close-up of face with absolutely no makeup (which looks so scary :| ) so that you can compare it with our results in the end.

My clean face with just moisturizer
2. Prime
This is a crucial layout step. After applying moisturizer I usually wait for 2-3 minutes and then prime my face very well using a primer according to my need. I would suggest to go for a mattifying or pore minimizing primer as we have already hydrated the skin well and we need a smooth canvas to work over. For this look I have used Too Faced Primed & Poreless Pure all over my face with my fingers concentrating more towards cheeks and around nose to keep the area matt and pore-free.

3. The Foundation Trick

Now comes the best part. For a simply glowing skin, I am going to mix my foundation with a few drops of facial oil or beauty oil. This trick works wonders for all skin types normal, combination or even oily.
Just make sure not to use a very thick or creamy foundation or use any other oil like olive, coconut or hair oil. I specifically recommend using only a facial oil. It will not get your skin look oily, break you out and will blend beautifully into your skin.
I have used one pump of Makeup Forever HD and one pump of Clinique Anti-blemish Solutions Foundation with two drops of NUDE rescue face oil. You can totally mix in one foundation. I just wanted to go fancy with two ;). I will prefer using a liquid foundation with this trick as its easier to mix in the oil. If you want to get a facial oil, body shop has some amazing ones.

I usually make this cocktail on back of my hand and mix it with my finger until the oil disappears into the foundation. Using a drop or two of facial oil especially in winters will make your skin look more awake and glowing from within without getting the skin look greasy (as sometimes it happens with mixing creams and foundations)

Now, I will dot it using my fingers all over my face. Then I take a damp Real Techniques Complexion Sponge and tap and blend the product all over my face. This gives a very blended and even look and I prefer it over using a brush. In case you wanna use a brush I would suggest you to use a flat top synthetic or a Kabuki brush and again tap and blend it rather than moving the foundation.

4. Conceal & Highlight
Now after I have blended my foundation well into the skin, I am going to put on some Maybelline Age Rewind Eraser concealer. I use 2-3 shades lighter than my skin tone as I want to combat the dark circles, highlight the area and look very glowing. I highly recommend picking up a lighter shade. I usually don't do this but for this look I am going to apply the concealer under my eyes in a triangle, bridge of my nose and a tiny bit on the forehead. Again I will take the same damp sponge and tap and blend it well. You can see me doing that below.

5. Set It With Powder
It is very essential to set everything especially the under eyes with a powder to avoid creasing. I used Mac Prep+Prime CC powder with a Morphe G2 brush under my eyes my tapping in. For the face I used a light coverage BH Studio Pro (dupe for Mac's Studio Fix) with a Large fluffy brush dusting it very gently.
The reason I do this is to lock in the foundation and concealer and making it look even , creaseless and fresh all day. Do not over powder your face it will totally defeat the purpose and look cakey instead. If you are dry skin just use the powder on the T-zone or only set your undereyes.

And that is it guys!! Follow these simple steps and look flawless and glowing all day. I have completed this look by adding some mascara, very light bronzer and a lip linner. And you can see the difference as now the skin looks fresh, even and very glowing.
Final Look :)

And that is it. I hope you learned something new. If you try this trick please let me know or tag me.

Thankyou for reading, I really hope you enjoyed. Loads of Love!

My Eyebrow Routine!!

Hey Everybody,
Today I am going to demonstrate how I do my eyebrows. It is something I started doing 2-3 years back. Ever since then I always groom my brows. Even on the days I don't wear makeup I would still do my brows & lashes. I have noticed this little makeup add-on gives me a fine look & on point brows produces more definition to your face & features.

The technique I use to do this is best suitable for me.It may vary for you. There are a few things you must keep in mind when you do your brows.

1.Know your brow shape & density and fill in accordingly. If you have very sparse and thin brows then investing in brow wax or brow pomade would be good. If you just wanna fill in the sparse areas, buy a brow pencil, spoolie or use a dark brown eye-shadow to fill in.

2. Always color match with your hair. Most of us have dark brownish-black hair. So go for dark browns or brownish black instead of jet black. You might go overboard and make it look make as well.

3. Always blend the work you do with a spoolie for a natural finish. We don't want any pencil strokes on our brows, so blend in & merge the product into your natural hair.

4. If your wanna set your brows then use a brow gel, transparent mascara or rub a thin layer of Vaseline or lip balm over them. You can totally avoid this step if you feel your brows remain put for longer.

5. Use a matte or shimmer highlighter on the high point (brow bone) of your brows. This will make the shape of your brows stand out.

Let me show you in the video below on how I do my brows with product details.

I took Dark brown shadow (extreme right) from my Estee Lauder palette on an angled brush. I also take the second light champagne shade to highlight my brow bone with a pencil brush. To shape my brows and comb them I use the Anastasia Brow Wiz in Dark Brown.
Products I used in the video

This is the difference between the two brows after filling in.

For a clearer before and after I have inserted this picture below, with the top one with nothing on the brows and eyes and second one is with done brows and neutral eyes.
Clearly, it makes a hugeeeee difference!!
And that is it!!

Similar Product Recommendations:

1. Body Shop Eyebrow Pencil in Dark Brown
This is by far the best brow pencil I found available easily in India. It works well and blends well. Just make sure not to go overboard with it.

2. Benefit Browzing
If you want a product which stays all day benefit browzing is a great product. It comes with a wax like product, dark brown powder, 2 mini brushes and tweezers. If you want to fill heavily with a natural looking finish go for this. Available at Sephora India.

Product Regrets of 2015

Hey Everybody,
Happy 2016 to everyone!!! May you have a great year ahead and achieve whatever your little heart may desire. I wanted to begin this year's post by reviewing a few products which I bought and didn't quite like in 2015. Basically these a few products which either didn't suit me or were a total fail and I would not like to repurchase them. Also it might give you guys a fair idea about a few things in the list if you wanted to try and needed an opinion. It might save you some cash !! :o

Please Note that this is totally my opinion on these products. It can be totally suitable for anybody else so don't get too serious with it. I am doing this by putting these products in a category. So that it is easier to understand and narrow down. Having said all that, lets get started!!

1.  Skincare Products
Last year I tried out loads of new skincare items. A lot of them were great and I continue using them. A few were okay kind of products which work decently but these three down here were like not-so-good. So the first one is a cleanser from FORMULA SKINCARE (targets fine lines) available at Marks & Spencer. This is a lotion-based cleanser which does not remove my makeup, hurts my eyes and just is too greasy. I prefer my Johnson's Baby oil any day over this.
The next one is VICHY NORMADERM ANTI-IMPERFECTION HYDRATING CARE. This is a light lotion, which claims to perfect and repair sensitive and acne-prone skin a.k.a meee!!! Now this was my second buy from the Normaderm range (1st was the toner) and again I was disappointed. I love the packaging but just don't like the product. It has a weird smell, doesn't hydrate and also doesn't live up to the claims. So no, no more Normaderm!!
Sephora's DARK SPOT MINIMISING SERUM is just another fail and I actually do like other Sephora's skincare products. But this was just not for me. I did not see any change in the dark spots after using this for 2 months (and I cant wait longer)!!

2. Eye Creams
2015 was the year of eye creams for me!!(Seriously I tried 7). As I realized I am growing up and my under eye skin is just getting mature I kinda tried a bunch this year. Most of them were high-end or luxury products as I wanna treat my eyes right as much as I can. So I picked this one from BENEFIT IT'S POTENT EYE CREAM which was so so so popular and raved on Youtube. But hell no! I used this for a week every night and every time my eyes would get watery and itchy. So I just stopped. Hence, I don't know if it is really potent or not.
Same was the case with this LANCOME BLANC EXPERT NEURO WHITE X3. It claims to be an ultimate whitening bla bla cream and it burns!! I dont know if I have just over sensitive eyes or what! But these two are like not again!!!

4. Hair Products
I just have one to mention as I was so excited to buy this one after reading a thousand great reviews. It is MACADAMIA NATURAL OIL DEEP REPAIR MASQUE which claims to deep condition and nourish hair like a dream. I bought it online as it is not available in India with so many high hopes and used it for several days. I did not like it. It is not conditioning or repairing at all. There are better and cheaper products in the market than this one.

5. Foundation/BB creams
This BB cream from COLORBAR PERFECT MATCH was just not for me. The reason I got this was the Paraben Free claim. But no it sits on my dry patches, does not blend well and just looks weird. I have used it 2-3 times and did not like it ever. I would happily continue using my Estee Lauder Double Wear BB which is a million times better than this one!
Also I tried the LANCOME TEINT MIRACLE foundation this year (sorry, could not find the bottle) and did not like it again. It made me look cakey and started falling apart in a few hours! So yeah these two are not happening in 2016!

6. Blush/Highlighters
2015 was the year of strobing and glow. I tried a few products too add into my collection. The one in the left is a Blush duo from BH COSMETICS in IRIS. I loved the packaging & the concept. I absolutely adore the professional blush palette from BH. But this one was just not good enough. The blush was hard to blend and the highlighter had just no pigmentation whatsoever. So Nah!!!
NYX BORN TO GLOW LIQUID ILLUMINATOR in bronze is again very popular and is a gorgeous shade. The problem is its too thick and takes ages to blend. If so I am able to blend it, it would sit funny on top of my foundation. Like really I cant waste time if I gotta glow!
HIGH BEAM from BENEFIT is again a liquid highlighter. Again, takes ages to blend or maybe I am not a liquid highlighter kinda person. So I don't reach for it just as much and wont buy this again.
7. Eyeliners
When it comes to eye liners I am very choosy. I wont just like something if its good. It needs more than good for an eye liner or kohl kind of a product to make me buy again. Sadly, these didn't wow me! LIQUID EYELINER from INGLOT is a very popular product and many love it. However, I like tip and intensity of the color I just didn't like the fact it would budge and fade away in a few hours of wear. My liner would just come off from the inner eye each time I wore this. Huh!! No, we can't live with this.
BENEFIT they're Real PUSH UP LINER is again much raved and hyped gel liner in a tube form. I loved this baby. It is black, smooth, long-wearing until one day I realized it drying out and getting flaky. This happened in just a few weeks after I got it and because it is a tube I cant add any medium and revive the formula. Maybe it was my piece or whatever, it is too expensive to live for a few weeks!
SHOCKING by YVES SAINT LAURENT has the same issue. Too expensive to live for a few weeks. I don't feel like spending 3000 bucks on a black liner which would dry out so damn fast.
8. More Eye Products
RIMMEL's SOFT KOHL PENCILS in shade JET BLACK & STORMY GREY are not much pigmented , just smudgy and not right for me. I picked them to have a variety and also because I love the EXAGGERATE WATERPROOF range from Rimmel, I thought this would work well too.
I also tried RIMMEL's EYEBROW PENCIL in BLACK BROWN. Oh God! it was a nightmare. This eyebrow pencil looks too fake and starts to smudge in few hours making your brows look trashy and messy. The grooming brush with it is also such a fail! Not again.
SUMPTUOUS LIFTING MASCARA from ESTEE LAUDER was another pick this year as I forgot my Mascara somewhere while travelling. It is a decently good mascara, but nothing so lifting and great about it (as I said I expect alot!!) I would still stick to my Too Faced Better Than Sex.

9. Lippies
2015 was also the year of liquid lipsticks. There were like a zillion launches last year from so many brands in the lippie section. I have so many I love, kind of like and just God No's! These three are Oh! God No's. MAYBELLINE 14 hr lipstick in shade STAY WITH ME CORAL is one lipstick I tried to fall in love with but just couldn't. I have other colors from this range and they all wear well on my lips. Something about this shade is so off. The texture is flaky, uneven and dry. I bought it twice and found the same issue in just this particular shade. However other shades work great.
Similarly, LA SPLASH LIP COUTURE in shade INNOCENT VIXEN is the worst liquid lipstick I have tried. It smells funny, wears uneven, flakes like so bad and just annoying! I like the other shade Till Midnight in the same range I have. But no way this one is a huge fail!
STILA LIP & CHEEK STAIN in RASPBERRY CRUSH, another hyped product but so not worth it. I actually wanted to buy the liquid formula lipstick from Stila but ended up with this. Maybe it is the color or the silver sparkles in it, I don't like it either on my lips or cheeks!

So that is it. I hope you learned something from this post. I am sure there will be a few more products I skipped in this post (LOL!!). Lemme know your product regrets and also favorites of 2015. I would really love to know. I will even try to update my Favorites of 2015 too.

Thankyou for reading, I really hope you enjoyed. Loads of Love!
